

Resting, physical activities, and eating habits are a few things we have to take into consideration if we intend to be healthy while using our bodies as tools that glorify God. It is in our best interest to treat our bodies well. When we illtreat our bodies we not only dishonor the Holy Spirit but also set ourselves on a path that leads to poor health. This verse serves as a constant reminder that we should be intentional in how we treat and care for our bodies. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, ²⁰for you were bought with a price.Here are some verses that will help us to look at health and wellness from many different points of view.
